Club training facilities can only be developed at the end of a season.
They can be sold at any time to generae cash for £4,500,000. However, once a training ground
has been sold, to build one again, a club has to start from Level 1.
For more information about training ground levels read below.
Level 1 - This is the lowest possible level of a training ground. Level 1 grounds are capable
of holding only one employed coach, but due to the poor equipment and ground, the ability of the coach to train players
is greatly reduced. To build a level 1 costs £6,000,000.
Level 2 - This is an adequate training facility that can hold two coaches and the facilities
are good enough not to reduce a coach's performance. To upgrade from Level 1 to Level 2 costs £2,500,000.
Level 3 - This is a good training facility. It can hold two coaches, but the facilities are
good and slightly enhance the perfomance of coaches. To upgrade from Level 2 to Level 3 costs £3,000,000
Level 4 - This is an excellent training ground. It is capable of holding three coaches and
doubles the efficiency of a coach's performance, improving players faster. To upgrade from Level 3 to Level 4 costs £4,500,000
Level 5 - This is a state of the art training ground. The best there is. There are enough
ptiches to handle four different coaches working and their ability to train players is greatly improved from all other training
grounds due to the quality of the complex. To upgrade from Level 4 to Level 5 costs £5,000,000.
To upgrade training facilities, contact your chairman here and tell him of your plans, he'll get back to you.
NOTE: Managers can only upgrade one level at a time. So to upgrade from Level 2 to Level 5
isn't possible, you must first take two seasons to develop the facilities to Level 3, then Level 4, and then a club can upgrade
to Level 5.
