MDM managers are not required to participate in player coaching and it is an optional feature of the game, but managers who utilise this facility will find the advantage and benefit of steady increase in their players ability, and could, through constant and good training,  find the great satisfaction that comes with turning a promising, talented product of the club's youth academy into a world-beater.

Club Training Facilities

How training works:

Basically, the managers responsibility in training is to hire coaches, who will train the players, and then instruct those coaches on which players to train. The improvement of players in training is dependant on several factors, including player age, coach ability, level of club's training facility and player fitness. Also, no coach can train more than ten players a week.

For managers to guarantee that their players will be trained, they should make sure that they send a list of which players will be trained by which coaches on Wednesday. The list of training instructions should be sent to mdm.training@gmail.com.

Finally, the updates of player training will be completed on the following Monday or Tuesday. When completed, those rosters will then be placed on the site, ready for download.

Note: Player will suffer reduced fitness through training, and may even recieve and injury.
